摘要： Procedure for manufacturing radially oriented piping consisting of a series of stages, such as insertion of a preform into a mold, fixing of the preform, circulation of hot water through the interior and exterior of the preform, injection of forced water through the interior of the preform, expelling the water external to the preform by means of some micropores provided in the mold connected to some hot water drainage channels, the subsequent cooling is made by means of water circulating through a cooling jacket during approximately 10 minutes, removal of the internal water by means of pressurized air, opening of the mold, cutting of the ends, flaring and surfacing of the flared end and beveling of the other end, highlighting the fact of expanding the mold by means of pressurized water, while the cooling is carried out by means of pressurized air, and carrying out a final flaring which offers dimensional stability over time.
