摘要： A refrigerant conveying hose which is formed of synthetic resin as a whole, and comprises an inner tube serving as an inner layer, and an outer tube including an intermediate layer provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube, a fiber reinforced layer provided on an outer peripheral surface of the intermediate layer and an outer cover layer. The inner tube is formed by using either of (1) a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of polyamide resin and an olefin based elastomer, (2) a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of a copolymer of polyamide resin and an olefin based elastomer, (3) a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of polyamide resin and an urethane based elastomer, and (4) a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of a copolymer of polyamide resin and an urethane based elastomer. The intermediate layer is formed by using a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of polypropylene (PP) and isobutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR), an adhesive for bonding of the inner tube and the intermediate layer uses a special resin based adhesive, and the outer tube is formed by using a thermoplastic resin, which is an alloy of polypropylene (PP) and ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM).

摘要： An ultralow expansion brake rubber hose comprising an inner rubber tube, a first reinforcing layer, a second reinforcing layer and an outer rubber layer, wherein a thermosetting resin which penetrates the reinforcing fibers constituting the first reinforcing layer and which is cured at vulcanizing temperatures is cured by vulcanization to turn the first reinforcing layer into a solid cured layer. By turning the first reinforcing layer into the solid cured layer, the mutual slippage between the reinforcing fibers of the first reinforcing layer can be prevented, and a brake rubber hose having low expansion and excellent durability can be obtained. The rubber hose can be produced by carrying out the continuous steps of braiding a first reinforcing layer around an inner rubber tube, immersing the first reinforcing layer in a thermosetting resin solution capable of penetrating the reinforcing fibers constituting the first reinforcing layer and having low viscosity to cause the thermosetting resin solution to penetrate the reinforcing fibers, braiding a second reinforcing layer, and extruding an outer rubber tube on the external surface of the second reinforcing layer.

摘要： A hose which comprises an inner layer (1) and an outer layer (2) surrounding the periphery of the inner layer, wherein the inner layer is made of a thermoplastic olefin elastomer comprising polypropylene (PP) and an acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber (NBR), and the outer layer is made of a thermoplastic olefin elastomer comprising polypropylene (PP) and an ethylene/propylene/diene rubber (EPDM). The elastomer constituting the inner layer preferably contains 1 to 5 wt.% stabilizer comprising an amine compound or a mixture of a thioether compound and a hindered phenol compound. These elastomers desirably have a JIS A hardness of 60 to 90 as measured according to JIS K6301.

摘要： A metallic hose joint having a portion for connecting to any other component such as equipment on one end thereof and a sleeve and a nipple on the other end thereof, whereby a hose is inserted between the sleeve and the nipple and the sleeve is caulked to integrally fix the hose. This joint is featured by that annular grooves are formed around the outer periphery of the nipple in such a size that, when the sleeve is caulked, the inside rubber of the hose is allowed to enter the grooves with a gap between an expanded portion which has entered the groove and the bottom surface of the groove. These grooves serve to relieve the squeezing of the rubber towards the tip of the nipple, thus preventing a bulge from being formed at the tip of the nipple when the sleeve is caulked.

摘要： A method of manufacturing fine sintered piezoelectric ceramic balls to be mixed in an elastomer for the production of a pressure-sensitive piezoelectric elastomer. Calcined powder of a piezoelectric material, such as lead titanate zirconate, is mixed with a binder. The resultant mixture is then shaped into fine spherical particles, which are thereafter sintered. Such spherical particles can be obtained by passing the mixture referred to above through a screen and then vibrating the screened particles, or else by spraying a slurry of the mixture in a hot atmosphere.

摘要： A synthetic resin pallet formed in a double layer structure having a skin layer and a core layer and using an inexpensive regenerative plastic material for the core layer, characterized by comprising the skin layer having at least partly an outer layer and the core layer forming an inner layer formed of two types of resins, a method of molding a multiple layer injection molded product, the so-called sandwich molding method, comprising the steps of, by using a one-point gate system in which a one-point gate part is provided generally at the center part of a deck board, injecting the resin for the skin layer forming the outer layer into the cavity of a metal mold and injecting the resin for the core layer forming the inner layer, wherein the core layer can be formed in 10 to 70w.% of the total, whereby, by the double layer structure, the pallet can be provided at a reduced cost without lowering the performance.
