    • A reflector for a LED lighting device (10) provided of at least one LED chip (97), said reflector comprises a second opening (54) and a main optical surface (14), in addition said reflector comprises first coupling means (40) for fastening the latter internally to the lighting device (10). The reflector comprises a first portion (30) provided with the first coupling means (40) and, in addition a second portion (50) which is decouplable from the first portion (30), and wherein the main optical surface (14) comprises a first reflective optical surface (35) and a second reflective optical surface (55) realized respectively internally to the first portion (30) and internally to the second portion (50), in addition the reflector comprises second coupling means (60) which connect and fasten stably in a non permanent manner the first portion (30) to the second portion (50) for make continuous the main optical surface (14) and for make the first portion (30) and the second portion (50) replaceable respectively with different first portions (30) or different second portions (50) by reducing advantageously the costs for the realization of moulds and especially the number of moulds needed for realizing a plurality of reflectors for a plurality of different types of LED chips (97) and for different types of LED lighting devices (10).

    • Optic for a LED chip (97), in particular of COB type, said optic comprises a second element (50) realized with an optical transparent material and having a first proximal end (51) and a second distal end (53), a second external exit surface (58), a first total internal reflection external lateral surface (59) which redirects and re-distributes a luminous flux realized by LED chip (97) towards said second external exit surface (58), the second element (50) comprising furthermore an internal blind cavity (52) for housing LED chip (97). The optic comprises a first element (30) substantially disc shaped, which extends externally with respect to said second element (50) in an orthogonal direction to a longitudinal direction (90), and, furthermore, the first element (30) and the second element (50) are realized mutually integral through injection moulding, and in particular are realized in one single piece through injection moulding with a optic grade transparent silicone elastomer for make a LED lighting device (10) waterproof and anti-shock, by avoiding the need of a gasket and of an external glass, and with a reduced number of components.
