Two deposit belts (12) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the shafts and in an interspaced manner underneath the shafts (6).

Each shaping element (5, 6) is formed by a continuous belt (7) which is guided over at least two interspaced rollers (8, 9, 10, 11) having parallel axes, whereby the direction of this distance between said rollers is slanted downward with regard to the horizontals. The lowermost roller (10) is located next to the middle of the holding receptacle. At least one of the rollers (8) is driven in order to effect the revolution movement of the belt (7). At least the lowermost roller (10) can be moved in a to-and-from manner in the aforementioned direction. This results in the dough being gently converted into the shape of a strip.
