With this invention, it is possible, through different operating methods of the same actuating mechanism on the joint components (4), both to adjust the angle of the stroller seat (3) and to place the seat (3) in a folding configuration, which means that it is not necessary to remove the seat (3) to fold the stroller, and that it can be stored with the stroller frame (10), eliminating the need for separate storage.
