摘要： Disclosed is fiber optic splice protection device, comprising: a closure including a cover and a chassis; wherein a circle of groove is formed on mating edge of four walls of one of the cover and the chassis, and an elastic sealing member is placed in the groove; a circle of projection is formed on mating edge of four walls of another of the cover and the chassis; the cover is locked on the chassis in the way of locking, when the cover is locked on the chassis, the projection is pressed against the resilient seal and is embedded into the groove in order to achieve the seal locking between the cover and the chassis. The cover of this application may ease to open repeatedly, and the good seal performance between the cover and the chassis can be achieved.

摘要： A flat drop cable has notches or other structures for enhancing the stripability of the jacket from the a core of the flat drop cable. The notches can have an angled configuration with surfaces that converge as the notch extends into the jacket. Inner edges of the notches can be positioned along a tear path that intersects the core of the flat drop cable. For example, the notches can be offset from a minor axis of the flat drop cable a sufficient distance such that the notches are positioned outside a central boundary region that extends tangent to sides of the core and parallel to the minor axis of the flat drop cable.

摘要： A fiber optic distribution terminal includes an enclosure having a base. A cover is pivotally engaged to the base. The base and the cover cooperatively define an interior region. A cable spool assembly is disposed in the interior region of the enclosure. The cable spool assembly includes a first flange and a second flange. The first flange has a flange and an inner drum that extends outwardly from the flange. The second flange has a tray and an outer drum that extends outwardly from the tray. The outer drum defines a bore. The outer drum is in snap-fit engagement with the inner drum. A plurality of adapters is disposed on the tray. A fiber optic cable is disposed about the outer drum of the cable spool assembly. The fiber optic cable includes a plurality of connectorized ends that is engaged with first ports of the plurality of adapters.

摘要： The present invention discloses an optical cable fan-out device, used for dividing a single main optical cable into a plurality of branch optical cables. Wherein said optical cable fan-out device comprises of housing, said housing possessing a first end, and a second end opposite said first end. Said main optical cable is introduced into said housing via said first end, and said plurality of branch optical cables are led out from said second end of said housing. Wherein, a branch cable protective component is provided on the second end of said housing, said branch cable protective component possessing a trumpet shaped opening that widens gradually outwards, said plurality of branch optical cables being led out to the exterior of said housing via said trumpet shaped opening. In the present invention, when the branch optical cables are subjected to a lateral tension, the branch optical cables come into contact with the arc-shaped inner surface of the trumpet shaped opening and are uniformly stressed and smoothly bent along the arc-shaped inner surface, without excessive bending occurring; the outcome of this is that, it is possible to effectively prevent damage to the branch optical cables due to lateral tension, without increasing the cost of the optical cable fan-out device.
