摘要： Disclosed is a support for a vehicle body, comprising at least two profiled metal sheets (4, 5) that are connected along the longitudinal edges thereof so as to form a circumferentially closed hollow profiled member (1). Said support is provided with at least two longitudinal sections (2, 3) which form a material bond by means of a joint (10). In order to create advantageous design conditions, one of the two longitudinal sections (2, 3) is made of an iron material while the other longitudinal section (2) of the hollow profile (1) is made of an aluminum material. Additionally, the joint (10) that forms a welded-soldered connection is provided with an aluminum-based additional material (12) as solder between the butting longitudinal sections (2, 3) of the hollow profiled member (1), said additional material (12) being applied to a coating of the iron material at a width (b) corresponding to at least three times the thickness (d) of said iron material.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for joining two metal sheets (1, 2) respectively consisting of an aluminium material and an iron or titanium material by means of a braze welding joint, using a filler metal, the iron or titanium material being provided with a coating preferably based on zinc or aluminium at least in the joining region, before the filler metal is applied for the creation of a seam (4) by fusion. In order to create advantageous joining conditions, the two metal sheets (1, 2) are joined in the form of a blunt joint, the filler metal based on aluminium for creating the seam (4) being applied to both sides of the metal sheets in a region bridging the joint on the metal sheet (1) consisting of iron or titanium material over a width (b) corresponding to at least three times the thickness (d) of said metal sheet (1).

摘要： The invention relates to a method for the production of a border bevelled on at least one side of a sheet made from an iron or titanium material, joined to a sheet made from an aluminium material, by means of a welding/brazed joint using an adjunct based on aluminium material and comprising a coating in the joint region preferably based on zinc or aluminium. According to the invention, advantageous production conditions may be achieved, whereby the sheet made from iron or titanium material, coated in the joint region, is chamfered and separated in the bevel region by non-cutting cold-drawing with material flow.
