摘要： The invention relates to a method for the production of a discoid filtration body (filter plate), comprising two internally connected support bodies, made from porous material and which enclose filtrate drain channels between them and at least one membrane filter layer on the external side of the support body halves. The invention is characterised by the following method steps: both support body halves (3.2, 3.3) are produced by casting after the slip casting method; the casting mould (10) comprises a porous, optionally hydrophilic material; the mould cavity is shaped such that the inner contour thereof closely corresponds to the external contour of the support body (3.2, 3.3); for the production of both connected support body halves (3.2, 3.3), a first amount of suspended support body material, corresponding to a support body half (3.2), is poured into the mould; an intermediate body (3.7), functioning as mould core with recesses and made from a material which is volatile to heat treatment is applied to the first amount of suspended support body material; a second amount of suspended support body material, which corresponds to the second support body half (3.3), is poured into the mould (10.1); the surface of said second casting is optionally brought in to contact with a cover (10.2) for the mould; the complete moulded piece comprising the both connected support body halves (3.2, 3.3) and the intermediate body is taken from the mould (10), sintered and, optionally, worked; and at least one filtering layer (3.5) is mounted on the outer surface of the moulded piece.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for filtering liquids, comprising two shafts (11) which are parallel to each other or at an acute angle to each other. Each shaft (1) carries a stack of discs (2) which extend perpendicularly to the shaft axis and which are connected to the shaft (2) in a rotationally fixed manner. The discs (2) of one disc stack are engaged in the intermediate spaces between the discs of an adjacent discs stack. At least one of the shafts (1) is drivable and at least one of the shafts is hollow and is provided with bores (1-2). Some of the discs have channels (2-4) inside them which are conductively connected to the inside of their hollow shaft (1). A ring-shaped distancing element (3) is located between each pair of adjacent discs (2) of a shaft. According to the invention, a device of this type is characterized as follows: the distancing element (3) is sealed in relation to the adjacent discs (2); said distancing element (3) is connected to the shaft (1) in a rotationally fixed manner; and the support ring (3-1) is oversized in relation to the shaft (1) so that a channel (4) is formed between the inner surface of the support ring (3-1) and the outer surface of the shaft (1), this channel extending at least over part of the length of the shaft (1).

According to the invention, a device of this type has the following features: the device for filtering a medium comprises at least one membrane disk and at least one turbulence disk; both disks are rotationally mounted; both disks are arranged in such a manner that their rotation axes are essentially parallel to one another and that they overlap when viewed from above; these disks are placed near one another in an axial direction so that the turbulence disk produces a turbulence in the area of the relevant lateral face of the membrane disk; the membrane disk is connected to a hollow shaft in a rotationally fixed manner; the hollow shaft is conductively connected to a cavity inside the membrane disk, and; both disks can be driven in the same direction of rotation. The inventive device is characterized in that the diameter of the membrane disk is less than the diameter of the turbulence disk to such an extent that, on the connecting line between their rotation axes, the difference in circumferential velocities of both disks is at least almost equal at every point in the overlapping area.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a membrane module by means of a forming tool comprising an inlet channel for ceramic material in addition to a plurality of forming cores arranged in the longitudinal direction on the inlet channel. The cross-section of said forming cores is a polygon, preferably a hexagon. The inventive method comprises the following steps: ceramic material is pressed through the inlet channel of the forming tool, resulting in a membrane module blank with a plurality of non-circular preferably hexagonal channels; after production of the membrane module blank, the interior of the plurality of the channels is coated by applying membrane slip, resulting in an inner channel with an approximately circular geometry.
