摘要： The present disclosure relates to methods and network nodes of supporting load distribution from a source cell to a target cell in a wireless network using carrier aggregation. When performed in the source network node, the method comprises determining (S31) source traffic load and carrier aggregation properties of the cell source cell and receiving (S32), from a target network node, a load report comprising target traffic load and carrier aggregation properties for the target cell. Carrier aggregation capabilities of user equipments, UEs, served by the source cell are retrieved in the source network node. One or more UEs served by the source cell are selected (S33) for moving to the target cell based on a combination of the retrieved UE carrier aggregation capabilities and the carrier aggregation properties of the source cell and target cell.

The radio network node serves a source cell. The method includes determining a first level of coverage of the target cell based on a first measurement report. The method further includes establishing a correlation between the determined first level of coverage and the stored measurement data and updating statistical data based on the established correlation. The method further includes determining whether the wireless device is a suitable candidate for handover to the target cell for load balancing reasons, based on the updated statistical data.

摘要： The present invention relates to assigning addresses to communication devices in a radio access network and notifying communication devices of scheduled uplink transmission time periods. Related methods, communication devices and control units are disclosed. A method of assigning an address to a communication device in a radio access network for use in notification of scheduled uplink transmission time periods for the communication device is provided. The method comprises assigning to the communication device an uplink state flag (USF) value. Furthermore, the method comprises assigning to the communication device an extended USF (eUSF) value. The address assigned to the communication device is a combination of the assigned USF value and the assigned eUSF value. By means of the eUSF value, the normal address range provided by the USF is extended, thereby facilitating use of more communication devices in the radio access network.

摘要： The invention discloses a method (200) for use in a cellular system (100) with an RBS (120) which controls traffic to and from a cell (110), with one User Equipment, UE (130, 140), in the cell. The RBS and the UE receive and transmit information between each other, one of them being a sending party and the other one is a receiving party, and errors in messages (BSN 1, BSN 4) which are received can be detected by the receiving party by a first error detection method and if errors are detected in received messages, the receiving party can request a retransmission from the transmitting party. The receiving party stores the order in which retransmissions are requested, so that erroneous retransmissions may be detected by the receiving party without the first error detection method.

摘要： Methods and apparatus in a fifth-generation wireless communications network, including an example method, in a wireless device, that includes determining a reporting quality threshold for a parameter related to channel state information (CSI); performing a measurement for each of a plurality of beams from a first predetermined set of beams for evaluation; evaluating the measurement for each of the plurality of beams against the reporting quality threshold; discontinuing the performing and evaluating of measurements in response to determining that the reporting quality threshold is met for one of the beams, such that one or more beams in the first predetermined set of beams are not measured and evaluated; and reporting, to the wireless communications network, CSI for the one of the beams.
