摘要： A differential impulse conveyer for moving goods has a conveyer base (12) and a tray (16) for supporting the goods. The tray moves forward in a manner to carry the goods forward but moves backwards in a manner causing the goods to slip on the tray. This reciprocating motion is produced by an electrically powered motor (30). The tray is supported in a slidable manner on linear bearings (196,198) held between posts arising from the base.

摘要： A differential impulse conveyor for transporting goods, comprises a tray (12) movable in a forward direction at a first speed and in a backward direction at a second speed greater than the first speed to move goods along the tray. It has a drive motor (26) powering a motor shaft and an eccentric drive pulley (102) rotated by the drive motor (26). A rotatable drive shaft (40) is powered by the eccentric pulley for rotating at a first speed during each first half cycle of rotation and a second speed greater than the first speed during each second half cycle of rotation. A tray crank (67) is eccentrically rotated by the drive shaft (40) and interconnects the drive shaft (40) and the tray (12). A flexible belt (39) interconnects the eccentric drive pulley (102) and the drive shaft (40).
