    • [Object] To make it possible to detect, in the case where abnormality has occurred in at least a part of the pixels, the abnormality for each of the pixels.
[Solving Means] An imaging system includes: an imaging apparatus that is mounted on a vehicle and images an area around the vehicle; and a processing apparatus that is mounted on the vehicle and executes processing relating to a function of controlling the vehicle, in which the imaging apparatus includes a pixel including a photoelectric conversion device, a drive circuit that supplies a drive signal to the pixel, a power source that applies a power source voltage to the pixel, a control unit that controls application of the power source voltage to the pixel so that charges are injected into the photoelectric conversion device, and then, controls supply of the drive signal to the pixel so that a pixel signal corresponding to the charges injected from the photoelectric conversion device is read, a recognition unit that recognizes a state of the photoelectric conversion device in accordance with a result of reading the pixel signal corresponding to the charges from the photoelectric conversion device, and an output unit that outputs information corresponding to a result of recognizing the state of the photoelectric conversion device, and the processing apparatus restricts, on the basis of the recognition result, the function of controlling the vehicle.

    • An imaging device according to the present disclosure includes: a plurality of pixel circuits; a first control line; a second control line; a first voltage supply line; a second voltage supply line; a first light-receiving element; and a diagnosis unit. The plurality of pixel circuits each includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a third terminal, an accumulation unit, a first transistor, a second transistor, and an output unit. The accumulation unit is configured to accumulate an electric charge. The first transistor is configured to couple the third terminal to the accumulation unit on the basis of a voltage of the first terminal. The second transistor is configured to supply a predetermined voltage to the accumulation unit on the basis of a voltage of the second terminal. The output unit is configured to output a signal corresponding to a voltage in the accumulation unit. The plurality of pixel circuits includes first to third pixel circuits. The first control line extends in a first direction. The first control line is coupled to the respective first terminals of the first to third pixel circuits. The second control line extends in the first direction. The second control line is coupled to the respective second terminals of the first to third pixel circuits. The first voltage supply line is coupled to the third terminal of the first pixel circuit. The second voltage supply line is coupled to the third terminal of the second pixel circuit. The first light-receiving element is coupled to the third terminal of the third pixel circuit.

    • An imaging device according the present disclosure includes a first light receiving element and a plurality of pixel circuits. The plurality of pixel circuits includes an imaging pixel circuit and a first dummy pixel circuit. Each of the plurality of pixel circuits includes an accumulation section, a first transistor, and an output section. The accumulation section is configured to accumulate electric charge. The first transistor includes a first terminal and a second terminal and is configured to couple, by being turned on, the first terminal and the second terminal to each other. The second terminal is coupled to the accumulation section. The output section is configured to output a voltage corresponding to electric charge accumulated in the accumulation section. The first terminal of the first transistor in the imaging pixel circuit is coupled to the first light receiving element. The first terminal of the first transistor in the first dummy pixel circuit is coupled to the second terminal of the first transistor in the first dummy pixel circuit without involving the first transistor of the first dummy pixel circuit.
