摘要： The present technology relates to a reception device, a reception method, and a program therefor that enable improvement in reception performance when information on a frequency band in which no data is transmitted is known. The reception device receives a broadcast wave of an OFDM signal transmitted from a transmission device at a broadcast station that is not shown. A transmission parameter interpretation unit acquires band information indicating a "no signal" band contained in transmitted control information. An interference rejection filter unit performs filtering at least when a signal with a level higher than a predetermined level is detected on the basis of the band information from the transmission parameter interpretation unit. The disclosed technology can be applied to a reception device that receives OFDM signals, for example.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a communication apparatus, a communication method, a program, and a communication system that are configured to provide more correct communication.
A master has a sending block for sending data to a slave on a word basis in which data of two bytes are included per one word and a confirmation block for confirming the data to be sent to the slave so as to include the notification information necessary for recognizing presence or absence of a word having invalid data into a signal to be sent to the slave. The slave has a receiving block for receiving the data sent from the master on a word basis and a recognition block for, if the received word is recognized to have invalid data according to the notification information included in the signal transferred from the master, avoiding the execution of the processing based on that invalid data. For example, on the basis of a result of the confirmation of the notification information, the invalid data included in the word recognized to have invalid data is masked. The present technology is applicable to a bus IF through which communication is executed in compliance with the I3C standard, for example.

A broadcasting device of the present disclosure includes: a reception unit which receives reception interference information notified from the reception device; a setting unit which sets a frequency of a notch to be provided in a transmission signal on the basis of the reception interference information that has been received; a modulation unit which provides the notch in accordance with the set frequency of the notch while at the same time generates a modulated signal by modulating information to be transmitted; and a send-out unit which sends out the modulated signal as the transmission signal. For example, the present disclosure can be applied to a broadcasting system which transmits a broadcasting signal conforming to DVB-C2 via a CATV network or a CATV Internet system (DOCSIS), a physical layer of which conforms to the DVB-C2 standard.
