摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus and method of transmitting/receiving a signal supporting a plurality of code rates in a communication system using a block LDPC code. The child parity check matrix used for encoding/decoding includes a plurality of parity blocks comprising permutation or zero matrixes in order to facilitate encoding. Furthermore, the used child parity check matrix has an extended structure of a parent parity check matrix. Puncturing can be employed in order to obtain more code rates. Hence a parent codeword, a child codeword having code rate less that the code rate of the parent codeword, and a child codeword having code rate greater than the code rate of the parent codeword can be generated by only using the child parity check matrix.

A first eNB, which manages a first cell and is providing a communication service to a User Equipment (UE) located in the first cell, determines to provide the communication service to the UE together with a second cell of a second eNB, which neighbors the UE. A cell addition request message, making a request for aggregation of the first cell and the second cell, is transmitted to the second eNB to provide the communication service. When a cell addition response message, accepting the request for aggregation of the first cell and the second cell, is received from the second eNB, a cell activation request message, making a request for activation of the second cell, is transmitted to the second eNB.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a base station. The method comprises the following steps: transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), configuration information including information on a total number of antenna ports for channel status information reference signal (CSI-RS) and information on at least two CSI-RS resources; and transmitting, to the UE, a plurality of CSI-RSs based on the at least two CSI-RS resources and the total number of antenna ports for CSI-RS. The total number of antenna ports for CSI-RS is defined based on a product of a number of the at least two CSI-RS resources and a number of antenna ports for one CSI-RS. The information on the at least two CSI-RS resources includes a bitmap indicating frequency domain location corresponding to the at least two CSI-RS resources.
