摘要： In a case mold type capacitor, a first capacitor element and second and third capacitor elements are interconnected in parallel and are molded with a resin. One lead electrode of the first capacitor element is connected to a first main bus bar, and the other lead electrode is connected to a second main bus bar. One lead electrode of the second capacitor element is connected to the first main bus bar, and the other lead electrode is connected to one end of a first sub bus bar. One lead electrode of the third capacitor element is connected to the second main bus bar, and the other lead electrode is connected to one end of a second sub bus bar. The other end of the first sub bus bar and the other end of the second sub bus bar overlap each other outside the mold resin.

摘要： A double-sided metallized polypropylene film having an alloy of aluminum and zinc deposited on the opposite sides thereof is overlaid on a non-metallized polypropylene, and they are coiled around an annular bobbin several turns to obtain an annular roll of multilayer films. Then metallikon electrodes are formed on the opposite side surfaces of the annular roll; and the annular roll is cut into a plurality of capacitor elements. The cut surface of a capacitor element is irradiated with pulse laser to remove metal exposed to the cut surface and at least 0.05 mm, from the cut surface, of deposited metal on the film surface in the vicinity of the cut surface. Accordingly, multilayer film capacitor that can be used at at least AC 350 V can be produced.
