    • Step S1: acquiring fluorescent images of frames in time-series. Each fluorescent image comprises pixels in which pixel data are acquired in the time-series. Step S2: setting analysis areas to the acquired fluorescent images. Step S3: calculating a classification value of the analysis areas R2. Step S4: classifying the images into one or more groups on the basis of the classification value. Step S5: calculating an average image of the analysis area every group.
