摘要： A flow rate regulation mechanism of a unit structure, in which the mechanism keeps constant the amount of injection of the contents in an aerosol container independent of a variation in pressure of gas for content ejection. A flow rate regulator unit has an outer sheath member (15), an inner sheath member (16), piston members (17, 18), a coil spring (25), and an ejection piece (19). The contents are ejected in substantially the following route: "hole (15a) - annular space region (21) for outer path - hole (16a) - annular space region (22) for inner path - holes (17b, 18b) - inside path (18c) - valve action region (20) - penetration section (16d) - groove-like sections (16f, 19a) - ejection hole (19c). "An annular skirt section (17a) moves in the left-right direction based on a magnitude relation between force in the right direction caused by ejection gas pressure and acting on the piston members (17, 18) and urging force to the left direction caused by the coil spring (25), and this changes an inflow cross-sectional area from the hole (16a) for flow rate adjustment to the annular space region (22) for inner path.

When the operation member is slid toward the right in the drawing, the content injection port is exposed to the extenrnal space, and thereafter, a pressing action portion is on an inclined portion (6d) of a content injection unit (6). By this pressing action, a stem (3) integrated the content injection is moved downward to transfer to an operation mode, and the contents in the container pass through an injection path (61b) and is discharged from the content injection port.

摘要： An expanded housing (2) including an outer tubular portion (2a), a center-top tubular portion (2b), an annular ceiling portion (2c), and a center-bottom tubular portion (2d) is an integrally molded plastic product. Vertical plate rib-shaped portions (2h) for increasing strength are similarly integrally molded between the outer tubular portion (2a) and the center-top tubular portion (2b). An inner passage region (B) for upward passage of content is set in the center tubular portion (2b). A housing cover (28) provided in such a form as to surround the lower side of the expanded housing (2) forms an outer passage region (A) which is disposed between the housing cover (28) and an outer peripheral surface of the expanded housing (2) so as to extend downward from an upper-end-side inner space region of an inner bag-shaped container (1g) to the inner passage region (B). A cone-shaped piece (28k) enters into an individual upper-end-side inner space region set between adjacent vertical plate rib-shaped portions (2h) and acts as an entrance portion of the outer passage region (A). Thus, residual air between vertical plate rib-shaped portions is reliably discharged.
