摘要： A quick-release vacuum pump according to the present invention includes a vacuum pump part, a release part and a filter material. The pump part has a cylindrical hollow area extending between an inlet and an outlet and nozzles disposed in series inside the hollow area and have slots therein, both ends of the nozzles communicating with each other between the inlet and the outlet. The release part includes a support tube formed above a suction port, a skirt-type check valve to be moved up and down by air pressure to open and close the support tube, and a pressure chamber formed in a passage communicating with the suction port and passes by a valve skirt. And the filter material disposed between the suction port and the support tube allows discharge air to pass through upward when the pump part operates.

摘要： The present invention applies to a vacuum transfer system, and relates to an air control valve for controlling the supply of compressed air in a vacuum transfer system. More specially, the air control valve of the present invention is configured to execute a two-stage control. The two-stage control is realized by a piston operation method, in which, although the control is performed by compressed air supplied thereto, a first control unit is operated by an electronic control method, and a second control unit is operated by a pneumatic control method. In particular, the second control unit is operated by vacuum pressure supplied from the vacuum transfer system. The air control valve of this invention can realize improved operational stability, improved energy efficiency and improved operational precision.

摘要： The present invention provides a silencer, which is coupled to a pneumatic device to reduce noise. The silencer (10) of the present invention has a double pipe structure, which includes an inner casing (11), which is coupled to an outlet of the pneumatic device, and an outer casing (12), which is coaxially provided around the inner casing (11). A space (18) is defined between the inner casing and the outer casing. The space communicates with an air guide hole (15), which is formed in one end of the inner casing. Furthermore, an acoustical absorbent (22) is provided in the space (18). Preferably, the acoustical absorbent has a spiral shape. Thus, compressed air, which has passed through the pneumatic device, passes through the acoustical absorbent of the silencer. At this time, almost all noise is absorbed by the acoustical absorbent.

摘要： The present invention relates to a vacuum cup assembly designed to quickly and easily remove and mount a suction pad. The assembly comprises: a pipe-shaped body having a first passage for discharging air; a vacuum cup coupled to a lower end of the body; and a movable holder disposed between the body and the vacuum cup. Here, the vacuum cup includes a ring-shaped fastener, and a suction pad mounted on an outer surface flange of the fastener, wherein the holder resiliently presses and fixes the mounted suction pad against the fastener. Here, the inner space of the suction pad is in communication with the first passage of the body. The pressed and fixed state is negated when the holder is moved upwards, whereupon the suction pad can be easily removed and mounted.
