    • The invention provides a curable composition comprising a polymer A bearing crosslinkable silyl groups and a condensation catalyst B. This polymer A is produced by a process which comprises the step of conducting radical polymerization of radical-polymerizable monomers in the presence of a thiocarbonylthio compound, specifically, a process which comprises the step i of initiating the polymerization of a radical-polymerizable monomer by reversible addition -fragmentation chain transfer in the presence of a thiocarbonylthio compound and the step ii of adding an unsaturated compound having a crosslinkable silyl group at the stage wherein the consumption of the radical-polymerizable monomer by the polymerization reaches 80 % or above and subjecting the resulting mixture to copolymerization.

    • Provided is an optical resin composition from which a film with improved adhesion to a polyvinyl alcohol-based film and improved flex resistance can be obtained while keeping high film transparency. The provided optical resin composition includes: 99 to 50 % by weight of an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 110 °C; and 1 to 50 % by weight of a particulate (meth)acrylic multilayer structure graft copolymer. The (meth)acrylic multilayer structure graft copolymer contains: an innermost layer made of a polymer containing a methacrylic acid ester as its main monomer; a middle layer made of a polymer containing, as its main monomer, an acrylic acid alkyl ester having an alkyl group with 4 to 12 carbon atoms; and an outermost layer made of a polymer containing a methacrylic acid ester as its main monomer. A graft ratio of the (meth)acrylic multilayer structure graft copolymer is not less than 40 %.

    • A process for producing a crosslinkable-silyl-containing polymer which is excellent in oil resistance, heat resistance, weatherability, and compression set properties and less apt to be fouled. It comprises the step of radical-polymerizing a vinyl monomer in the presence of a compound of a specific structure having a thiocarbonylthio group and the step of incorporating crosslinkable silyl groups. Also provided is a curable composition which contains the polymer and is easy to handle.
