    • A handlebar is mounted to a steering shaft (13), which is turnably supported by a head pipe (14) constituting part of a body frame FA. A front frame (15) extends forward from the head pipe (14), and a bush (36) with an inner tube (37) and an outer tube (38) is supported on the front frame (15). Left and right steering arms are secured to the outer tube (38), and at their outer portions support left and right knuckles which support the front wheels. A first lever (56) is connected to a second lever (58) mounted to an upper end portion of a sub-steering shaft (57) passing through the inner tube (37). The first lever (56) is turned together with the steering shaft (13). A third lever (62) installed at a lower end portion of the sub-steering shaft (57) is connected to the knuckles via corresponding individual tie rods, and a rod (67) has one end connected to the fourth lever (66) secured to a rear portion of the outer tube (38) and its other end connected to the body frame FA.

      [Solution]
      An electric motorcycle 1 includes a power drive unit 18 and a driving power generating motor 16 which are mounted to a swing arm 13 swinging about a pivot shaft in an upward-and-downward direction. A rear wheel WR is driven by the power generating motor 16. The electric motorcycle includes a battery 9 to supply electric power to the power generating motor 16. A center of gravity (center-of-gravity position BC) of the battery 9 is located at the side opposite to the power drive unit 18 and the power generating motor 16 about a central line CX of a motorcycle body.
