    • The invention relates to a boring and laying device for trenchless pipe laying, comprising a boring head for loosening the rock, said boring head having a connection for a pilot bore linkage; a pump for suctioning and discharging debris loosened by the boring head; a transport portion behind the boring head, at least one suction element being provided in said transport portion for receiving and discharging the loosened rock; and a connecting portion which has a connection for the pipeline. The invention also relates to a boring and laying method for trenchless pipe laying, wherein a pilot boring process is carried out from a starting point to a destination along a specified boring line. The pilot boring process is carried out by advancing a pilot boring head with a pilot bore linkage, a boring and laying head being connected to an end of the pilot bore linkage after reaching the destination. The boring and laying head is connected to the pipeline and is used to expand the borehole, and simultaneously the pipeline is laid by retracting the pilot bore linkage from the borehole at one side and/or by inserting the pipeline into the borehole. Debris loosened by the boring head is hydraulically received behind the boring head of the boring and laying device and is discharged from the borehole by means of a pump.
