摘要： [Problem] To provide heat-insulating panels for use in buildings, each having a unit structure in which a vacuum-insulation material and a heat storage material are combined. When the heat-insulating panels with the unit structures are disposed and connected in a planar manner, the heat-insulating panels have high heat-insulating effects and can store heat. [Means for Resolution] Each heat-insulating panel (101A) for use in buildings has a basic structure obtained by covering the entirety of a flat plate-shaped vacuum-insulation material (102) with a heat-insulation material (104). In addition, the heat-insulating panel (101A) for use in buildings is provided with a latent heat storage material (103) that is arranged substantially in a frame-like shape extending from one main surface of the vacuum-insulation material (102), wrapping around the sidewall thereof, and connecting to the other main surface thereof, so as to cover the entire peripheral edge of the vacuum-insulation material (102). The latent heat storage material (103) is provided to use latent heat to mitigate heat bridging that results from heat leakage between high temperature and low temperature parts in the vacuum-insulation material (102) under usage conditions that undergo changes in temperature. The heat-insulation material (104) is arranged in such a manner that the heat-insulation material (104) covers the entire surface of the latent heat storage material (103) and the entire exposed surface of the vacuum-insulation material (102).

摘要： [Problem] To significantly reduce power consumption by performing a cooling operation by a natural circulation type cycle. [Solution] An air conditioning hot water supply system of the present invention includes: an air conditioning refrigerant circuit 5 performing a cooling operation and a heating operation; a hot water supplying refrigerant circuit 6 supplying hot water; and an intermediate heat exchanger 23 exchanging heat between the air conditioning refrigerant circuit and the hot water supplying refrigerant circuit. The air conditioning refrigerant circuit includes an air conditioning refrigerant main circuit 5a that is formed in a loop by sequentially connecting an air conditioning compressor 21, an air conditioning flow path switching valve 22, the intermediate heat exchanger 23, an air conditioning expansion valve 27a, and an air conditioning user-side heat exchanger 28 through a refrigerant pipe, a first air conditioning refrigerant branch path 5b bypassing the air conditioning compressor, and a second air conditioning refrigerant branch path 5c bypassing the intermediate heat exchanger. An air conditioning heat source-side heat exchanger 24 is installed on the second air conditioning refrigerant branch path. At least one of the intermediate heat exchanger 23 and the air conditioning heat source-side heat exchanger 24 is installed at a position higher than the air conditioning user-side heat exchanger 28.

A control device (1a) includes: means (S10) that estimates a current air conditioning load; means (S11) that estimates a current air conditioning power consumption; means (S12) that estimates a current hot-water supply load; means (S13) that estimates a current hot-water supply power consumption; means (S16) that tentatively determines the estimated air conditioning load; means (S18) that calculates a new air conditioning load by adding a predetermined value to the tentatively determined air conditioning load; means (S18) that calculates an air conditioning power consumption based on the new air conditioning load; means (S19) that calculates a hot-water supply load based on the new air conditioning load; means (S20) that calculates a hot-water supply power consumption based on the new hot-water supply load; means (S22) that compares a total power consumption; and assist control means that controls action of the hot-water supply assisting means to approximate the new air conditioning load when the total power consumption is smaller (Yes at S22).
