    • The invention relates to a thermal sorption method implementing a plurality of sorption units (37, 38), each unit in turn including at least two sorption reactors (Ads1, Ads2), each of which is capable of performing an operating cycle, a plurality of said reactors within said unit performing the cycle with a time shift, wherein each reactor within each unit performs, during a pressurisation and desorption step, a heat exchange with another reactor of said unit in order to receive a heat flow and, during a depressurisation and sorption step, a heat exchange for yielding a heat flow, and a reactor of the first unit (37) performs a steam exchange with a sorption reactor of the second unit (38) in order to receive and/or yield steam, said sorption reactor of the first unit being phase-shifted by half a cycle relative to the reactor of the second unit.
