摘要： A heat pump type heating and hot water supply apparatus 100, when resuming a heating or boiling operation after end of an inverse cycle defrosting operation, does not determine the operation resuming time rotation number of a compressor 1 according to a temperature difference between the then forward temperature To and a target forward temperature Tog but resumes the compressor 1 at a previously set smallest rotation number Crm to resume the heating or boiling operation. And, during a smallest rotation number maintaining time tp necessary for a return temperature Ti to rise up to a return temperature Tig when a forward temperature To was stable at a target forward temperature Tog, the apparatus maintains the driving of the compressor 1 at the smallest rotation number Crm and, after passage of the smallest rotation number maintaining time tp, increases the rotation number of the compressor 1 to a heating operation time rotation number Crw that is a rotation number before execution of the inverse cycle defrosting operation.
