    • A rope block (1) comprising a sheave (2), a sheave housing (3) with fixedly mounted radial bearings (4) supporting said sheave (2), and a ratchet mechanism (5) situated inside the sheave housing (3). The ratchet mechanism (5) comprises a ratchet (6) pivotally arranged inside the housing (3) and co-operating with an inner toothed rim (7) on the sheave (2), whereby said ratchet in the use position is prestressed by a spring means (8) connected to an outer pin. When the ratchet (6) engages the toothed rim (7) and the rope exerts a strong pull in the block, the spring means (8) can move from one position (S) to another position (F) by simply turning the outer pin. Subsequently, when the rope is slightly hauled in, the ratchet (6) disengages the toothed rim (7) and the sheave (2) can rotate freely. The rope block (1) comprises in this manner a reliable and safe ratchet mechanism (5) showing a long life. The sheave (2) is furthermore advantageously provided with throughgoing openings (23) along the periphery. As a result, a particularly good retaining of the rope in the guide of the sheave (2) is obtained.

    • A track system for fastening at the groove (2) of a mast (1) comprising a profiled track (4) and a plurality of slide members (5). The track (4) is formed to receive cars (12) in an axially slidable manner and provided with transverse openings (17) for receiving the screws (38). The slide members (5) are adapted to be slidably arranged, however, prevented from rotating in the groove (2) and with a base (28) being engaged in the interior of the groove in the mounted state of said slide member (5) and a shaft extending through the slot (3) of the groove, and an axial threaded hole (36). The threaded hole (36) is adapted to coact with the thread (37) of a screw (38) when said thread has been inserted through the corresponding transverse opening (17) in the track (4) for fastening said track (4) to the mast (1). On the surface (34) adapted to face the groove (2) the track is provided with recesses (22) coaxially arranged with the transverse openings (17). The recesses (22) are adapted and dimensioned for receiving the protruding portion (33) of the slide members (5) in a circumscribing manner.

    • A track system for fastening at the groove (2) of a mast (1) comprising a profiled track (4) and a plurality of slide members (5).     • A track slide (4) intended to be moved along a track, particularly a mast or boom, having a groove (5) with an enlarged inner portion (18) and a narrow slot (20) defined by two opposite walls (38, 39) of the track. The slide (4) comprises a central profiled member (16) having an enlarged inner portion (17) for being received in the enlarged inner portion (18) of the groove (5) and a shaft portion (19) for extending through the slot (20). Furthermore, the slide (4) comprises a roller member for coacting with the outer face of the opposite side walls (38, 39) on each side of the groove (5). The roller member is formed of a plurality of roller bodies (27) arranged to rotate freely in a circumferential continuous path (22) with an outwardly open, longitudinal slot (23) and a return passage (24) on each side of the central profiled member (16). The use of freely rotating roller bodies ensures a relatively small rolling resistance in all situations, even if the slide should tilt in relation to the track. Moreover, the plurality of roller bodies ensures that the load on the wall portions, on which the roller bodies roll, is within an acceptable level.
