摘要： The invention relates to a vertical-lift door assembly (1), comprising a vertical-lift door (2), in particular a high-speed industrial door with a door leaf (21) which covers a door opening when the vertical-lift door (2) is closed and a door lintel sealing unit (3) which is located in the region of a door lintel and is mounted in such a way that it has a sealing action between the door leaf (21) and the door lintel in a sealing position when the vertical-lift door (2) is closed. The vertical-lift door assembly (1) is characterised in that the sides of the door leaf are guided in such a way that when open, said leaf is rolled up in a contactless manner in the region of a door lintel and that in a sealing position, the door lintel sealing unit (3) lies on a horizontal side edge surface of the door leaf, the surface lying adjacent to the door leaf (21). The invention further relates to a door lintel sealing unit of this type. The invention permits a vertical-lift door assembly (1) to be improved in such a way that the assembly achieves a particularly reliable sealing action in the door lintel region.
