摘要： A single side heating apparatus, which can make contact portions of electrodes properly contact with a workpiece, is provided. A single side heating apparatus (1) equipped with a pair of electrodes (2A, 2B) for heating a workpiece from one side of the workpiece includes: a base portion (3); the pair of electrodes (2A, 2B) each having a contact portion (4) configured to contact with the workpiece in one direction continuously or at a plurality of spaced-apart portions thereof; an electrode holder (5), to which the pair of electrodes (2A, 2B) are fixed; and a four-bar linkage (7) provided between the base portion (3) and the electrode holder (5) and configured to rotate to tilt the electrode holder (5) around an axis (O1) orthogonal to a direction in which the contact portions (4) extend, by a reaction force received by the electrodes (2A, 2B) from the workpiece, wherein the four-bar linkage (7) includes a first link located closer to the electrode holder (5), a second link located closer to the base portion (3), a third link, and a fourth link, the first link being shorter than the second link, and the third link and the fourth link being equal in length.

摘要： A metal-resin joining device joins a thermoplastic resin plate (12) to a metal plate (13) by melting the resin plate (12) in contact with the metal plate (13) through heating an exposed face of the metal plate (13) by one-sided resistive heating. The metal-resin joining device has a center electrode (24a) that is brought in contact with the metal plate (13) and a peripheral electrode (24b) that is brought in contact with the metal plate (13) to annularly surround the center electrode (24a) and to which a current flows from the center electrode (24a) via the metal plate (13), wherein the peripheral electrode (24b) is made of a metal material having a higher electrical resistance than the center electrode (24a).

摘要： A nut feeding apparatus (10) for feeding a weld nut (N) to an upper electrode (2) of a resistance welding machine (1), whose size and production cost are reduced, is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a piston rod (23), a tension rod (41), a tube (14), a link mechanism (33) and a nut chuck (24). When the piston rod is in a most retracting state, an upper surface of the nut chuck becomes substantially flush with a lower portion of an opening of the tube. While the tension rod (41) is at a stop in a most advancing state and when the piston rod (23) further advances, the link mechanism rotates around a rotation axis (34b) at a tip of the tension rod (41), and thereby, the weld nut held by the nut chuck (24) moves to a feeding position of the weld nut in the upper electrode (2).
