摘要： The camera system, comprises: a weather information-acquiring unit acquiring weather information provided with respect to weather, the weather information including information relating to an area of interest; a plurality of cameras installed within a plurality of bases, respectively; a camera installation information-storing unit storing information with respect to positions of the bases wherein the plurality of cameras are installed; an image data-storing unit storing images photographed by the plurality of cameras respectively as moving images; a camera-specifying unit using the weather information acquired by the weather information-acquiring unit to specify a camera installed within the area of interest based on the information with respect to the positions of the bases, the information with respect to the positions of the bases being stored in the camera installation information-storing unit; and a moving image-providing unit acquiring from the image data-storing unit moving images of the camera specified by the camera-specifying unit to provide the acquired moving images.

摘要： The present invention reduces an amount of data to be transmitted without occurrence of a blur and/or a residual image, when images of a plurality of consecutive frames are transmitted for synthesis of a moving image.
A base server (3) includes: reference image transmitting means (11) for transmitting image data of a frame acting as a reference to the aggregation server (4) at a predetermined timing among images of a plurality of consecutive frames sequentially obtained through the imaging device (2); extracted area computing means (12) for selecting an image acting as a background among images of a plurality of consecutive frames sequentially obtained through the imaging device (2), and sequentially computing a third area (43) surrounding both a first area (41) and a second area (42) for each of frames following the reference frame selected among a plurality of consecutive frames sequentially obtained through the imaging device (2), the first area (41) being an area in which a difference is generated between an image of the each of frames and the background image, the second area (42) being an area in which a difference is generated between an image of a frame immediately prior to the each of frames and the background image; and extracted image transmitting means (13) for sequentially extracting image data of the third area (43) out of the each of frames, and transmitting the thus extracted image data to the aggregation server (4). The aggregation server (4) includes image synthesizing means (14) for synthesizing a moving image based on the reference image data transmitted from the base server (3), and the image data of the third area (43) extracted out of the each of frames.
