摘要： A professional washing apparatus is equipped with a system for the automatic loading and unloading of instrument-carrying trolleys in a washing chamber with two opposing openings, said system including two independent mechanisms with reciprocating motion along a linear path each of which consists of a cursor mounted on a toothed belt (9) and equipped with a push (21) or pull lever, the apparatus including a safety device that stops the cursor if the instrument-carrying trolley encounters an obstacle in its path. The safety device is arranged between the cursor and the belt (9) and includes a deactivation bracket (4) attached to the belt (9) and movable with respect to the cursor, two springs (5, 6) placed between the bracket (4) and the cursor so as to oppose the relative motion between them and to transmit the movement from the belt (9) to the cursor, screws (11) to adjust the pre-load of the springs (5, 6) and two microswitches (15, 16) configured and operatively connected to detect the relative motion between the bracket (4) and the cursor and consequently stop the belt (9).

摘要： An industrial dishwasher includes a softener (2) with decalcifying resins through which water coming from the network (1) through a first inlet valve (EV1) reaches a break tank (3) and from there a heater (4) that feeds rinse sprinklers (6) by means of a rinse pump (5), a second network water inlet valve (EV2) that controls the flow towards a salt container (13) to obtain a sodium chloride solution which then reaches the softener (2), a deviating valve (14) located between the softener (2) and the break tank (3) and suitable to direct the water flow towards the break tank (3) through a first outlet (A) or directly towards a drain pipe (11) through a second outlet (B) and a first bypass pipe (BP1) that bypasses the break tank (3), as well as a third network water inlet valve (EV3) that controls the flow from the network (1) directly to the break tank (3) through a second bypass pipe (BP2) that bypasses the softener (2). In this way, it is possible to divide the hydraulic circuit of the dishwasher into a water softening circuit and a wash circuit that are completely independent and therefore to carry out the regeneration of the resins simultaneously with one or more wash cycles, without having to resort to pause periods or to complicated double water treatment circuits, whereby the regeneration is carried out only when required and without significantly affecting the exploitation of the machine.

摘要： An industrial dishwasher includes a first lower rack (1), upper and lower wash sprinklers (2, 3) fed by a wash pump (4) through respective wash ducts, upper and lower rinse sprinklers (9, 10) fed through respective rinse ducts with hot water coming from a heater (8), two valves (13, 14) located in the wash tank and respectively connected to the upper ducts of the wash and rinse circuits, as well as a second upper rack (1') provided underneath with a relevant support system that carries an additional wash sprinkler (15) and an additional rinse sprinkler (16) provided with respective ducts (17, 18) suitable for connection of the additional sprinklers (15, 16) to said valves (13, 14) when the second upper rack (1') is introduced in the wash tank. In this way, it is possible to carry out the wash of cups and glasses in absolute safety, since the addition of a third sprinkler implies a decrease of the flow rate and pressure of the sprinklers by approximately 30%, and there is obtained a greater efficiency and flexibility of use of the dishwasher since in a single wash cycle it is possible to double the load of cups and glasses with respect to a conventional industrial dishwasher.

摘要： A dishwasher includes a control unit and a plurality of sensors housed in a body (C) arranged on the door of the dishwasher, said body (C) being provided with a top opening (F) and a mobile wall (M), elastically biased against the body (C), whose opening and closing movement is controlled by the control unit through an actuator (E) which acts on the mobile wall (M) through a pusher (P). In this way when it is required that the sensors carry out a reading it is sufficient that the pusher (P) be retracted by the electro actuator (E) thus allowing the mobile wall (M) to abut on three sides of the body (C), whereby the water drops and the squirts rebounding from above in a little time will fill with washing liquid (W) the space that has been formed between the wall (M) and the body (C). After the set time has elapsed, the electro actuator (E) releases the pusher (P) and the wall (M) is pushed back to the vertical position, thus allowing the discharge of the washing liquid (W) and facilitating the washing of the sensors.

摘要： A dishwasher includes an electrovalve (W) controlling the entrance of water from the network, a water softening unit (A, R, S), a washing tank, a drain duct (D) and a microprocessor, in the washing tank there being provided two racks (R, R') side by side and a removable central dividing baffle (S) which performs the division of the tank into two independent sectors (T, T') each of which is provided with a collecting sump with relevant filter from which the water reaches a wash pump (WP; WP') and a drain pump (DP; DP'), a heating resistor (H; H'), a detergent distributor, a top sprinkler (U; U') and a bottom sprinkler (L; L'). The feeding of the water coming from the softening unit takes place through a deviating valve (VD) which directs the water to the respective supply ducts of the sectors (T, T') and the draining takes place through a connector (Y) which converges the drain ducts of the two sectors (T, T') into the common drain duct (D), and there is also provided a four-way valved manifold (C) which puts in communication the two sectors (T, T'). In this way each of the two sectors can operate according to its own cycle with specific parameters of temperature, duration and type of detergent even in different moments with respect to the other sector, and when using only one sector the machine can actually operate at half load with an energy saving close to 50%.
