    • A ramp signal generating circuit and ramp signal generator, an array substrate and a display apparatus. The ramp signal generating circuit comprises a first shift register (11), a second shift register possessing a bidirectional scanning function (12), a voltage decreasing unit (13) and a sampling unit (14); the voltage decreasing unit (13) is connected to a power supply input terminal and a ground terminal and is configured to continuously decrease a voltage inputted from the power supply input terminal stage by stage; the first shift register (11) is connected to the voltage decreasing unit (13) and is configured to control the voltage decreasing unit (13) to output voltages which are decreased continuously stage by stage; the sampling unit (14) has an output terminal and is connected to the voltage decreasing unit (13); the second shift register (12) is connected to the sampling unit (14) and is configured to control, through bidirectional scanning, the sampling unit (13) to sample and output the voltages which are decreased continuously stage by stage by the voltage decreasing unit (13). Such ramp signal generating circuit is capable of reducing area of the ramp signal generating circuit and improving linearity of ramp signal.

    • An external compensation sensing circuit, sensing method, and display device. The external compensation sensing circuit includes a fully differential operational amplifier (1), a first capacitor (2), a second capacitor (3) and an outputting circuit (12) for amplifying a induced current.; a negative input terminal (IN-) of the fully differential operational amplifier (1) is connected to a display screen (11), a positive input terminal (IN+) thereof is connected to a reference voltage (VREF), a negative output terminal thereof is connected to a first control terminal of the outputting circuit (12), a positive output terminal thereof is connected to a second control terminal of the outputting circuit (12); two terminals of the first capacitor (2) are connected to the negative input terminal (IN-) of the fully differential operational amplifier (1) and an input terminal of the outputting circuit (12), respectively; one terminal of the second capacitor (3) is connected to the output of the outputting circuit (12) and the other terminal is grounded (GND). The external compensation sensing circuit, the sensing method thereof, and the display device enable the output voltage to respond rapidly by amplifying induced current with dual outputting stages in the sensing circuit of pixel unit circuit so as to raise the speed of the external compensation.
