摘要： A dual chamber prefillable syringe (100) includes: a cylinder (10) which has a bypass portion (11); a hub luer-lock (20); a front stopper (30); a middle stopper (40) which seals a preparation (S) together with the front stopper (30); an end stopper (50) which seals a solvent (L) together with the middle stopper (40); a finger grip (60); and a plunger rod (70) which is connected to the end stopper from the rear end side. A female screw portion (64) which is screwed around the axis line is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the finger grip (60), and a male screw portion (73) which is able to be screwed to the female screw portion is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the plunger rod (70).

摘要： In a container-cum-syringe (1) including a safety device (50), a coil spring (59) which biases the safety device (50) forward, first holding means (3) for causing the safety device (50) to be in a fastened state at a retreated position against the biasing of the coil spring (59), fastening releasing means (80) which is provided slidably along a radial direction of an axis (O) for releasing the fastened state of the safety device (50) by the first holding means (3) through a sliding movement, and locking means (70) for locking the fastened state of the safety device (50) by the first holding means (3) are provided. In this configuration, the safety device may be easily moved to a position for covering the injection needle. In addition, a malfunction of the safety device during an injecting operation may be reliably prevented.
