摘要： A device (2) for force-opening doors, comprises an anchoring member including two sections (8, 6) relatively movable from a retracted position permitting the anchoring member (6) to be applied between the doorframe posts (10) on opposite sides of the door (4), to an extended position bringing the opposite ends (34, 36) of the anchoring member into firm engagement with the doorframe posts (10) to firmly anchor the anchoring member (6) transversely across the door (4); and a ram member (8) carried by the anchoring member (6) for engagement with the door (4) when the anchoring member (6) is anchored to the doorframe (10) transversely across the door (4). The ram member (8) includes a hydraulic device (46) for producing a large force against the door (4) to force-open it; and the anchoring member (6) also includes a hydraulic device (42) for moving the two sections of the anchoring member (6) into firm engagement with the doorframe posts (10).
