    • Disclosed are a scanning drive circuit, and an array substrate and display panel having the scanning drive circuit. The scanning drive circuit comprises a plurality of scanning drive units sequentially cascaded with one another. Each of the scanning drive units comprises an input unit (100) and an output unit (500). The input unit (100) is used to receive an activation trigger signal and transmit the activation trigger signal to the output unit (500), and control the output unit (500) so that same is in a scanning state. The scanning drive unit further comprises a scanning signal modulation unit (600) having a plurality of diode-connected transistors, wherein the plurality of transistors output clock modulation signals according to a plurality of clock signals, and the clock modulation signals comprise at least two first potentials separated by a predetermined time period. The output unit (500) outputs, corresponding to the clock modulation signals, scanning drive signals from a scanning signal output end. The scanning signals comprise two sub-scanning signals corresponding to the first potentials, so as to control one pixel unit within one scanning period, so that same receives image signals.
