By means of a first reference voltage (Vss) being loaded by the cathode (203, 603) of the organic light emitting diode (201, 601) and the second reference voltage (Vi) being loaded by the anode (207, 607), the organic light-emitting diode (201, 601) continuously stays in a dark state, thereby reducing energy consumption for repairing the organic light-emitting display panel, and improving the repair efficiency.
