摘要： The invention concerns a method for controlling a photosensitive device comprising at least a photosensitive point (P1 to P9) with a photodiode (Dp) connected to a switch element (Dc, T). Between the successive optical flashes, the photodiode is subjected to reverse polarisation. The junction zone between the photodiode and the switch element has substantially a similar potential (VA) at the end of each time interval (dt).
