    • The present invention relates to a packaging unit designed to absorb and/or adsorb liquid that is being transported or was spilled or was released. The packaging unit has at least one sealing multi-layer comprising a first water soluble film and an absorbent/adsorbent material. When the liquid contacts the water soluble film, the liquid passes through the water-soluble film. When the liquid contacts the absorbent/adsorbent material, the absorbent/adsorbent material immobilizes the liquid material. This immobilization prevents the liquid from escaping from the packaging container. Moreover, the invention has a protection layer and/or a transition cap to allow unites to be shipped together.

    • The present invention relates to a packaging container designed to transport an inner container containing a liquid. The packaging container has at least one sealing multi-layer comprising a first water soluble film and an absorbent material. The inner layer of the packaging container is the water-soluble film that forms the boundary between the cavity that hold the inner container and the packaging container. When the liquid leaks from the inner container while in the packaging container, the liquid passes through the water-soluble film. When the liquid contacts the absorbent material, the absorbent material absorbs and immobilizes the liquid material. This immobilization prevents the liquid from escaping from the packaging container. The present invention also includes a security feature, an apparatus to identify where or whom the liquid was obtained from and/or tests to be conducted, and/or the ability to extract the liquid from the absorbent material.

    • The present invention is an expanding device for supporting grinding sleeves. The device has a cylindrical member with an outer bushing unit, an interior bushing unit, an upper control unit, an expanding unit, and a locking mechanism. The outer bushing unit receives the grinding sleeve, and has a first outer diameter of D, and a height H. The interior bushing unit receives a rotatable shaft, has a second outer diameter of I, which is less than D, and a height J, which is less than H. The expanding unit extends from within the upper control unit and between the outer and interior bushing units with protrusions below the outer and interior bushing units. The locking mechanism is interconnected to the upper control unit. And when the locking mechanism is in the unlocked position, a grinding sleeve, which can have diamonds thereon, can be placed on or taken off the outer bushing unit and the device can be placed on or taken off a rotatable shaft. Obviously, when the locking mechanism is in the locked position, the grinding sleeve is locked in place on the outer bushing unit, and the device is secured to a rotatable shaft because the locking mechanism alter the position of the expanding unit which expands the outer diameter and shortens the height of the outer bushing unit, and simultaneously expands the interior diameter and shortens the height of the interior bushing unit.

    • The present invention relates to a labeling system on a packaging container designed to transport an object, which may contain a liquid. The packaging container has at least one sealing multi-layer comprising a first water soluble film, an absorbent/adsorbent material, and at least one water soluble layer, the outer layer of the packaging container. The present invention also includes a tamper-evident, water insoluble sleeve on at least a portion of the outer layer which is bondable to the outer layer and receives a first label.
