    • [PROBLEM] The present invention aims to provide a solar heat collecting apparatus and solar heat collecting method that make it possible to simply collect solar heat with a high degree of precision and efficiency.
      [SOLUTION] A solar heat collecting apparatus, wherein plural reflecting mirrors are disposed in the north-south direction; the plural reflecting mirrors are provided with a heliostat mechanism; the heliostat mechanism includes an east-west angle adjustment unit, having a rotating ring, to adjust the angle of the reflecting surface of the plural reflecting mirrors in the east-west direction, and a north-south angle adjustment unit, having actuators, to adjust the angle of the reflecting surface of the plural reflecting mirrors in the north-south direction; the angle of the reflecting surface of the plural reflecting mirrors on each reflection line is simultaneously adjusted via the frame by the rotation of the rotating ring; the angle of the reflecting surface of each reflecting mirror is individually adjusted by a back-and-forth motion of an arm of the corresponding actuator; and, each reception line is provided with a receiver, and the receiver collects heat from the reflected light of the sunlight reflected by the plural reflecting mirrors.

    • The present invention is a temperature control system incorporated in an automobile provided at least with a motor chamber on which a secondary cell or a fuel cell is mounted for driving wheels by a motor and a cabin and controlling a temperature of portions of the automobile, and the temperature control system includes at least one catalytic heaters and a fuel tank, the catalyst heater generates heat when an oxidizing gas and fuel from the fuel tank are supplied to the catalyst, and at least a part of the gas supplied to the catalyst and heated by the generated heat is subjected to circulative supply to the catalyst, and the temperature of the portion of the automobile is controlled by using heat generated by the catalytic heater. As a result, a system is provided which can efficiently control the temperature of a portion of the automobile so that deterioration of performances as an automobile such as electric vehicles and the like can be prevented and comfortable running and the like can be realized even in a cold region and the like.

    • The present invention provides an air conditioning system for conditioning air in a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle including a secondary cell or a fuel cell for driving wheels with a motor. The air conditioning system includes a catalyst heater, an air conditioning duct, and an air conditioning fan. The catalyst heater generates heat by supplying a fuel and an oxidizing gas to the catalyst. The air conditioning duct is connected with an intake port and a blowing port. The air conditioning fan is provided in the air conditioning duct so that the air in the passenger compartment can circulate. The air in the air conditioning duct is conditioned by utilization of the heat generated with the catalyst heater so that the air in the passenger compartment is conditioned. As a result, there is provided an air conditioning system that can inhibit the heater for air conditioning such as heating from consuming the power of the secondary cell and the like so as to avoid reduction of the travel distance and cell lifetime, in a motor vehicle having the secondary cell or fuel cell in which its wheels are driven with a motor using the secondary cell and the like, such as an electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, and fuel cell vehicle.
