    • A method for measuring, more particularly simultaneously, various particle concentrations, more particularly fine particle concentrations, preferably in a flow, using a particle measuring system, more particularly a fine particle measuring system, comprising a photometric scattered light unit (1) having a measuring volume (16), wherein the scattered light unit (1) consists of at least one light emitter (7) which emits light signals (13), more particularly pulsed light signals, and at least one light-sensitive receiver system (8) mounted at at least one angle (15) which receives the scattered light (14) from the particles (12) that form the particle concentration, characterised in that the scattered light unit (1) with measuring volume (16) is hermetically sealed apart from at least one fluid inlet (1a) and/or at least one fluid outlet (1b), which are provided with shutoff mechanisms (2, 3), wherein a sample of the fluid of interest is admitted to the scattered light unit (1) with measuring volume (16) and a predefinable first number of measurements are taken.
