    • The disclosure provides an ultrasonic wave acupuncture device (100), including an ultrasonic source (110), a liquid lens (130A, 132, 134), an ultrasonic-source controller (162), a liquid-lens controller (166), and a power supply (170). The ultrasonic source (110) is adapted to generate ultrasonic waves. The liquid lens (130A, 132, 134) is adapted to focus the ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic-source controller (162) is electrically connected to the ultrasonic source (110) and generates ultrasonic-source voltage pulses to control the frequency, amplitude, and pulse length of the ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic source (110). The liquid-lens controller (166) is electrically connected to the liquid lens (130A, 132, 134) and generates liquid-lens voltage pulses to control the focal length of the liquid lens (130A, 132, 134) to focus the ultrasonic waves on a specific location. The power supply (170) is electrically connected to the ultrasonic-source controller (162) and the liquid-lens controller (166), so as to provide voltage to the ultrasonic-source controller (162) to control the ultrasonic source (110), and to provide voltage to the liquid-lens controller (166) to control the liquid lens (130A, 132, 134). The ultrasonic-source voltage pulses generated by the ultrasonic-source controller (162) and the liquid-lens voltage pulses generated by the liquid-lens controller (166) are aligned with each other.

    • An analog beamformer used for array antenna (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) and an operating method thereof are provided. The analog beamformer used for array antenna (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) includes an intermediate-frequency amplifying circuit (VGA IF ), multiple local oscillators (OSCi-OSCn, OSC x ), multiple mixers (Mixer 1 -Mixer n , Mixer x ), multiple radio-frequency amplifying circuits (VGA 1 -VGA n , VGA x ), and a frequency locking circuit (130). The analog beamformer uses a master-oscillator and multiple slave-oscillators which embed a resonant network of frequency-and-phase-locking. The intermediate-frequency amplifying circuit (VGA IF ) receives a baseband signal (S BB ) to provide an intermediate-frequency signal (SIF). Power supplies or grounding ports of different local oscillators (OSC 1 -OSC n , OSC x ) are connected together to provide multiple local-oscillating signals (CLKL 1 -CLKL n ) with consistent frequency but different phases. The mixers (Mixer 1 -Mixer n , Mixer x ) individually receive the intermediate-frequency signal (SIF) and one of the local-oscillating signals (CLKL 1 -CLKL n ) to provide multiple mixed signals (S mx1 -S mxn ). The radio-frequency amplifying circuits (VGA 1 -VGA n , VGA x ) receive the mixed signals (S mx1 -S mxn ) to provide multiple radio-frequency signals (S RF1 -S RFn ) with consistent frequency but different phases to each antenna (ANT 1 -ANT n ). The frequency locking circuit (130) only locks a frequency of one of the local-oscillating signals (CLKL 1 -CLKL n ).
