摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a ceramic matrix composite including a matrix and reinforcing fibers provided in the matrix. The method includes infiltrating a fiber body with powder of a ceramic material that becomes a part of the matrix. The fiber body is constituted by the reinforcing fibers. The method includes arranging, in a liquid material for the matrix, the fiber body infiltrated with the powder. The method includes heating the fiber body in this state, thereby bringing the liquid material into a film-boiling state such that ceramic derived from the liquid material is generated as a part of the matrix in the fiber body.

摘要： An FRP material 2 has a circular arc part 5B having a circular arc shape, and a member 6 fixed to the circular arc part. The FRP molding system 100 comprises a portion-pressing device 20, a member positioning mechanism 26, and a transport device 30, and manufacture a circular arc-shaped FRP component 3 by integrally molding an FRP material 2. The FRP material 2 is composed of a prepreg 1 having a single layer or a plurality of prepregs 1 that are layered. The portion-pressing device 20 has an upper mold 16 and a lower mold 18 sandwiching a portion of the FRP material 2 in a radial direction orthogonal to the circular arc part 5B, and intermittently compresses the portion to partially mold the FRP component 3. The member positioning mechanism 26 positions the member 6 with respect to the upper mold 16 or the lower mold 18. The transport device 30 intermittently moves a portion (press portion 15) of the FRP material 2 compressed by the portion-pressing device 20. The portion-pressing and the transport are repeated to compress the entire integrated jig plate 14 so as to mold the entire FRP component 3.

摘要： Provided is an FRP molding system 100 with which FRP material 2, in which a plurality of prepregs 1 are stacked, is molded to manufacture an arc-shaped FRP component 3. The FRP molding system 100 comprises an inner jig plate 10 and an outer jig plate 12, a partial pressing device 20, and transfer devices 30. The inner jig plate 10 and the outer jig plate 12 are arc-shaped members, and have an outer surface 10b and an inner surface 12a that respectively fit with an inner surface shape 3a and an outer surface shape 3b of the FRP component 3. The FRP material 2 is sandwiched between the inner jig plate 10 and the outer jig plate 12 to form an integrated jig plate 14. The partial pressing device 20 intermittently compresses a portion of the integrated jig plate 14 in a radial direction orthogonal to an arc of the FRP component 3 so that the FRP component 3 is partially molded. The transfer devices 30 intermittently moves the compressed portion (pressed portion 15) of the integrated jig plate 14 by the partial pressing device 20. By repeating the partial pressing and the transport, the entire integrated jig plate 14 is compressed to form the entire FRP component 3.
