摘要： Plant for the separation of undesirable substances from alimentary liquids, in particular from wine, which comprises a unit (3) with hydrophobic membranes having holes for trapping gas, supplied with wine to be treated (V) by means of first circulation means (6) and with an extraction fluid (L) having an alcoholic content substantially similar to that of the wine to be treated (V), by means of second circulation means (7). The two fluids pass along the two sides of the membranes, allowing the removal of the undesirable volatile substances which pass through the latter. The extraction fluid (L) is made to circulate by the second means (7) inside a purification circuit (8) which comprises a unit (9) for separation of the volatile substances, consisting preferably of an ion-exchange column. The process implemented in particular by the above mentioned plant envisages a step involving preparing the wine to be treated (V) inside a container (2), a subsequent step involving conveying to the above mentioned unit (3) and then a step involving removal of the undesirable volatile substances contained therein by means of evaporation, diffusion and consequent evaporation thereof which causes them to pass through the membranes so as to be then evacuated by the extraction fluid (L) by means of ion-exchange resins, distillation, adsorption onto polymers or other system.

摘要： A method for tartaric stabilisation, in particular for wine, and an apparatus 1 for its implementation are provided. The wine to be treated is placed in a container 2 and conveyed into a filtering unit 20. A permeated liquid is sent to a tartaric stabilisation unit 40 for treatment. The tartaric stabilisation unit 40 can operated by means of ionic exchange resins, electrodialysis or other separation processes. The treated liquid is reunited with a retained liquid at the outlet of the filtering unit 20 to obtain a treated wine. Also provided are a cyclical operation of the apparatus 1 and a cyclical method.

摘要： The present invention relates to a mixture for oenological use of the type comprising tannin, characterized in that it is in the form of granules of agglomerated particles of powder having a porosity able to convey inside each granule a dissolving liquid, in particular water or wine, for causing instantaneous and complete dissolution of the mixture in said dissolving liquid. This mixture may comprise gum arabic for oenological use in association with tannin. The invention also concerns a method for production of the mixture for oenological use as described above. This method is based on the use of components in powder form and comprises the steps of: adding metered quantities of powder particles of said components into an agglomeration chamber; fluidizing said particles of powder inside said agglomeration chamber; moistening said particles of powder fluidized inside said agglomeration chamber by means of particle-like dispersion of an agglomeration fluid; agglomerating said particles of powder by means of said agglomeration fluid with consequent formation of granules; drying said granules by means of evaporation of said agglomeration fluid inside said agglomeration chamber; extracting said dried granules from said agglomeration chamber.
