By means of the method for adaptively changing the duty ratio of PWM, the circuit and the electric motor driving system in the present invention, the duty ratio of a PWM signal is adaptively adjusted on the basis of an existing sine-wave generator and PWM generator while the current loop, speed loop or torque loop of the main body of the electric motor driving system is not changed, such that the influence of the fluctuation in a direct-current bus voltage on the electric motor performance can be overcome without needing to improve the CPU performance; and the operation is simple, and the cost is greatly reduced.
