摘要： The cap (1') has a shell (2) and a multilayer joint (3) with a metal layer forming a barrier against gas diffusion. A malleable support layer provides, adjacent set of layers, a malleable global mechanical behavior permitting, in association with a resilient layer, the joint to be subjected to deformation imposed by shaping the joint without formation of folds. An external layer in plastic material has an external surface to be indented under an axial compression effect of the cap and the joint against a neck such that the external surface mates with a widemouthed surface of the neck. The joint is free from a layer in a cellulosic material or in paper e.g. kraft paper. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a sealing cap (2) a method for capping a neck of a bottle.

The seal (1, 1', 1'') comprises a layer S forming a support for layer B, wherein said support S is or not in contact with layer C such that it is possible to have a structure comprising either a series of layers C, B and S, said structure being represented symbolically by C/ B/ S in the case of adjacent layers C, B and S, wherein layer S enters into contact with wine, or a series of layers C, S and B, said structure being represented symbolically by C/ S/ B in the case of adjacent layers C, S and B, wherein layer B enters into contact with wine. Advantages: possibility of forming screwed sealing capsules provided with a large variety of seals adapted to the specific requirements of each type of wine, in order to replace tradition corks.

The above has advantageous sealing and the opening torque for said closure (1) is little dependent on the temperature and axial position of the closure (1) with relation to the neck (5).

摘要： The method comprises a) an extrusion stage wherein a extruded tube made of a thermoplastic material (20) is formed by extrusion with the aid of an extrusion die having a diameter D0, a slit width E0 and a section S0; b) a stage wherein the extruded tube (20) is radially expanded in order to form a radially expanded tube (23) having a diameter D2, a thickness E2 and corresponding section of area S1; c) a truncating stage wherein the expanded tube (23) is broken down into tube portions (24); d) a stage in which the tube portions (24) are formed in such a way that a heat-shrinkable cap or capsule is obtained (1) and in which an axial drawing stage is incorporated, between extrusion stage a) and expansion stage b), at the output of the extrusion die (31), in order to obtain an axially drawn tube (22) having a diameter D1 which is typically smaller than D0 and D2, and a thickness El which is typically lower than E0, such that S0/S1 typically ranges between 2 and 10. The advantages of the invention are as follows: it is possible to obtain capsules (1, lb, lc) or caps (la) which are economic, easily heat-shrinkable and which have a stable axial dimension, thereby avoiding any axial distortion, i.e. any axial distortion of said impression (13).

The invention also concerns a device for implementing said method. The invention provides the advantage that the low temperature degreasing preserves the mechanical properties of the metal of the swaged blank (1).
