摘要： This application relates to a communication method and apparatus. A first message from a network device is received, where the first message is for querying whether a first terminal device can provide a relay service; or the first message includes configuration information, and the configuration information is for configuring the first terminal device to provide a relay service for a second terminal device. A second message is sent to the network device. When the first message is for querying whether the first terminal device can provide the relay service, the second message indicates whether the first terminal device can provide the relay service; or when the first message includes the configuration information, the second message indicates whether configuration of the first terminal device is completed, or indicates whether the first terminal device can provide the relay service. If the first terminal device refuses to provide the relay service, because the network device can also learn of the case, the first terminal device does not need to enter an RRC reestablishment procedure, but can continue to work normally within coverage of the network device, to improve service quality of the first terminal device.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a mobility management method, user equipment, and a base station. The mobility management method may include: receiving, by user equipment UE in a connected mode, a source identifier of the UE from a first base station, where the source identifier is used to uniquely identify the UE in the first base station; entering, by the UE, a low-overhead state after a low-overhead activation condition is satisfied, where in the low-overhead state, the UE stores a connection context of the UE in the connected mode, and camps on a cell according to a cell reselection criterion during movement; and reporting, by the UE when a first preset condition is satisfied, the source identifier to a second base station to which a second cell belongs, where the second cell is a serving cell on which the UE currently camps. According to the present invention, the UE autonomously performs mobility based on cell reselection after the UE enters the low-overhead state, and reports only location change information of the UE, thereby simplifying a handover procedure and reducing communication resources of a network device

摘要： Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method, an apparatus, a device, a system, and a readable storage medium. The data transmission method includes: A first module obtains first data, where the first data is data that is encoded by using a first FEC code type and on which first processing is performed, and the first processing includes interleaving processing. The first module encodes the first data based on a second FEC code type, to obtain a plurality of second codewords. The first module performs second processing on the plurality of second codewords, to obtain second data. The first module transmits the second data. In the method, concatenated encoding can enable transmitted data to have a higher coding gain. During transmission on a lane prone to a bit error, effective error correction can be performed on data in which a bit error occurs. In addition, because the first data is data obtained through the interleaving processing, a correlation of error bits in a codeword obtained through second FEC code correction can be eliminated, thereby improving error correction performance and further improving data transmission quality.

摘要： A support assembly, a protection mechanism, a motor assembly, and an electronic device are provided. The support assembly includes a rotating shaft mechanism and a support portion (202). The rotating shaft mechanism includes a rotating assembly (301). The rotating assembly includes a first fastening piece (3012), a second fastening piece (3013), a connecting piece (3011), and a connection rod assembly. The first fastening piece and the second fastening piece are located on a same side of the connecting piece. A first sliding slot is disposed on an end face that is of the first fastening piece and that faces the second fastening piece, and a second sliding slot (30132) is disposed on an end face that is of the second fastening piece and that faces the first fastening piece. The support portion includes a first support board (2021), a second support board (2022), and a third support board (2023). The second support board is rotatively connected to the first support board and the third support board. The first support board is fastened to the connecting piece. When the first support board rotates around the rotating shaft mechanism, the connection rod assembly slides along the first sliding slot and the second sliding slot, and the connecting piece rotates around the connection rod assembly. The third support board can slide along a direction toward or away from the rotating shaft mechanism, so that the support portion can form a stable support structure, thereby improving structural stability of the support assembly.
