摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft einen Trichtereinsatz (12) für ein Füllrohr (10) eines Kraftstofftanks für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei der Trichtereinsatz (12) in einem zur Aufnahme einer Zapfpistole bestimmten Endbereich des Füllrohrs (10) angeordnet ist und wobei zwischen der Außenseite des Trichtereinsatzes (12) und der Innenseite des Füllrohrs (10) ein Freiraum besteht, in dem eine Flüssigkeitssperre angeordnet ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist die Flüssigkeitssperre als auf dem Außenumfang des Trichtereinsatzes (12) angeordneter Dichtkörper (14) ausgebildet, der eine in Teilbereichen oder umlaufend an der Innenseite des Füllrohrs (10) anliegende Dichtlippe (16) aufweist und der aus einem Material mit einer höheren Flexibilität als das Material des Trichtereinsatzes (12) besteht.

摘要： A method of forming a tank with a stiffening assembly includes forming a fuel tank such that the tank wall carries at least a first and second insert, locating a connecting assembly within the tank interior aligned with the first and second inserts, the connecting assembly including a rigid body, a first coupler and a second coupler, and coupling at least a portion of the first insert with the first coupler and at least a portion of the second insert with the second coupler to limit movement of the two wall portions relative to each other.

According to the invention, the venting device has at least one venting line (32; 38, 40; 50, 52) which runs in the interior of the fuel container (10) and opens with an open end into a gas volume in the region of an upper wall part of the fuel container (10), wherein the at least one venting line (32; 38, 40; 50, 52) is routed in such a way that it forms a siphon in the region of a lower wall part, and wherein the inlet check valve (34) has a bypass connector (68), to which the at least one venting line (32; 38, 40; 50, 52) is connected.
