摘要： The low silicon aluminium alloy part comprises silicon, magnesium, copper, manganese, titanium and strontium. Said part is obtained by a process according to which: - said alloy is cast in a mould in order to obtain the part, - after casting, the part constituting a still hot preform is removed from the mould, - said preform is cooled and is then subjected to an operation capable of reheating it to a temperature between 470°C and 550°C, - said part is positioned between two shells of a die that complete a cavity having dimensions that are substantially equal, but smaller than that of the mould, - the two shells are pressed strongly against one another in order to exert on the part positioned between said shells a combined pressing and surface kneading effect.

摘要： The light-alloy hybrid wheel manufacture method implementing the following separate operation phases: - creating a flange (2), having an inner profile (2a) capable of making up a tire bead seat; - creating a rim having, on one side, an outer profile (1a) capable of forming a tire bead seat and, on the other side, a circular flank (1b) intended to be assembled with part (2b) of the flange (2); and - assembling the flange (2) with the rim (1), at the seat (2a) of said flange (2) and at the circular flank (1b) of the rim (1). Said method is characterized in that assembly of the rim (1) with the flange (2) is carried out by welding the circular flank (1b) of the rim and the flange (2) using a single friction stir weld (5) using a slug in a position enabling access on both sides of the weld.

摘要： The method for manufacturing a light-alloy hybrid wheel, including a disk (2) and a rim (1) that are rigidly connectable by friction welding, is characterized in that said method implements the following different operational phases: creating the front disk, obtained by a dual operation of casting a foundry preform and transferring said preform into a forging die, an operation of forging said preform in order to obtain the front disk, and a flash removal operation for obtaining said front disk; creating the rim portion by means of the manufacture of a light-alloy billet and the transformation of the latter into a circular flank through hot or cold extrusion (P1), then expanding (P2) said circular flank to the size of the final rim, then performing an operation of cold or hot flow-forming (P3) said circular flank to the profile of the rim in the final form and profile thereof; and assembling by welding the front disk portion and the rim by means of a friction welding operation after machining the areas to be assembled. The invention further relates to the light-alloy hybrid wheel obtained according to the method.

摘要： The invention relates to a disc brake including an assembly of a ring gear (11) and a brake bowl (12), said brake bowl (12) including a circular base (12a) extended radially and externally by lugs (12b), the ring gear (11) receiving a plurality of pawls (13) leading externally into the inner space of the ring gear (11). Said lugs (12b) have a tiered configuration with the tips forming a clevis (12d) defining on the inside a recess for each of the pawls (13), the lugs having an access opening with a non-sealed U shape, said lugs (12b) being positioned in the same direction with the opening portion thereof on the same side. The abutment areas made up of the bottom portions of each initial U shape of the lugs are positioned such as to maximise the strength of the link in accordance with the braking forces. The lugs (12b) have a tiered configuration (12c) with the tips forming a clevis (12d) by defining two mutually parallel arms (12d1) (12d2) with a space (12d3) between same. Said lugs (12b) have a U shape closed at one side by the bottom (12d4) and open at the other side (12d5), said lugs (12b) being open at the front end (12d6) thereof. After assembling the brake bowl and the ring gear, said lugs are closed around said pawls by deformation and creeping of the material around said pawl, while leaving room for axial movement.
