    • The invention relates to a device and a method for controlling a two-cylinder thick matter pump comprising delivery pistons that are actuated by means of a hydraulic reversing pump (6) and hydraulic drive cylinders that are controlled by said pump in a push-pull manner. For each pressure stroke, the delivery cylinders (50, 50') are connected to a delivery line (58) by means of a pipe junction (56). At the end of each delivery stroke, a reversal process of the pipe junction (56) and the reversing pump (6) is triggered. The aim of the invention is to achieve a reliable operation even of single-circuit two-cylinder thick matter pumps. To this end, the pipe junction comprises a position transmitter responding to the pivoting position thereof. According to the invention, at least two cylinder switching sensors are arranged on the working cylinders at a distance from each other, responding to the passing pistons of the drive cylinder, and/or a pressure sensor responding to the pressure course at the high-pressure outlet of the reversing pump is provided. The computer-assisted reversing device comprises a control routine responding to output signals of the position transmitter and to output signals of the cylinder switching sensors and/or the pressure sensors, enabling the programmed control of a control body for adjusting the flow quantity and direction of the reversing pump, and a reversing body arranged in the hydraulic branch of the pipe junction.

    • The invention concerns a method for controlling a thick matter pump comprising two delivery cylinders (10) emerging, via two openings (12), into a matter reservoir (14), associated with two delivery pistons (26), symmetrically synchronized relative to said cylinders, and a branch pipe (18) arranged inside the matter reservoir (14), capable of being connected, on the input side, alternately to the openings of the delivery cylinders and connected, on the output side, each time an opening is cleared, to a delivery pipe (20). When the pump is switched on, the thick matter, liquid concrete for example, is sucked up, via the delivery cylinders temporarily communicating with the reservoir, and is delivered, via the other cylinders (10) connected to the branch pipe (18), so as to form a column of thick matter through the delivery pipe (20), towards its output. In order to avoid problems of deposit, condensation and solidification, the invention is characterized in that the thick matter column is maintained, at least temporarily, in movement, when the pump is stopped, in the delivery pipe (20) and/or the branch pipe (18) and/or the delivery cylinders (10), while not allowing the thick matter to escape, on the output side, from said delivery pipe (20). The invention is further characterized in that, when the pump is stopped, the thick matter in the matter reservoir and/or a stirring system (34), is likewise maintained in movement through the feeding and output branch pipe.

The working machine comprises an undercarriage (10), which contains a supporting structure with two front and two rear outriggers (20). The working machine additionally comprises a working boom (14), which can be extended out of a driving position and into working positions that project over the undercarriage, which can rotate about a vertical axis that is fixed with regard to the undercarriage, and which is preferably provided in the form of a concrete distributing mast. Measuring devices for determining the respective supporting load are arranged in the area of the supporting jacks and their output signals are sent to a device for monitoring the stability. According to the invention, at least one force sensor (32, 34) is arranged in each supporting jack and is connected in an electrical measuring circuit (36, 38) for outputting a supporting load-dependent measurement signal. The monitoring device comprises an evaluation electronic unit (54) which, in predetermined sampling cycles, can be subjected to the action of supporting jack-related supporting load measured values and, for their comparison, can be subjected to the action of at least one predetermined stability-determining threshold value.
