    • Provided is a slipper capable of being worn. The slipper includes a body 100 adapted to have a first fluid casing 12 and a second fluid casing 14, each having an elastic force, embedded in the front and rear portions of the body, respectively, and a foot top rack 120 supported to the body in such a way as to be rotated in a specific section. A rotating shaft 16 is rotated in conjunction with the foot top rack, and it includes a first connecting portion connected to the first fluid casing and a second connecting portion connected to the second fluid casing and an internal passage having respective check ball seating portions formed on the inside of the first and the second connecting portions. The check ball is embedded in the internal passage. When the rotating shaft is inclined by the rotation of the rotating shaft, the check ball closely adheres to any one of the check ball seating portions by a seating force or buoyancy and regulates a flow of a fluid to any one of the first and the second connecting portions. Accordingly, since the first fluid casing or the second fluid casing is pressed in a top surface of the body, one of the first and the second fluid casings is expanded, thereby being capable of raising the height of the body of the slipper.

    • Provided is a valve assembly having a simple construction and controlling a flow of a fluid in both directions.     • Disclosed herein is a device for clearing pipe blockage which can effectively clear blockage of a pipe. The device for clearing pipe blockage includes: pumping means (A) which can compress air by pumping and has an outlet (18) for discharging compressed air out; and an inflatable balloon (B) which is mounted at the outlet (18) and expands by air discharged through the outlet. The outlet (18) is a one-way valve. A guide member (24) is formed in a cylindrical shape to surround the outside of the inflatable balloon, guides the inflatable balloon expanding by the pumping means to move forward inside a pipe when a part of the front end of the guide member is inserted into the pipe, and is made of a flexible material. A presser which cleans the inner surface of the pipe while moving in a state where it gets in contact with the inner surface of the pipe is mounted at a front end of the inflatable balloon. Therefore, the inflatable balloon expanding by the pumping means expands to the inside of the pipe, which is blocked, to maintain an airtight state at an inlet of the pipe, so that the blocked pipe is cleared by shock pressure by movement of the pumping unit and a change in pressure by expansion of the inflatable balloon by the compressed air.
