摘要： Provided is a microchip capable of integrating liquid evaporation as an operation on the microchip. In the microchip 10 having a gas flow path 13 inside, liquid is dispersed by capillary action and pooled in a pool portion 12 at a bottom of the gas flow path 13, and at least a part of the liquid pooled in the pool portion 12 is evaporated. As the capillary action is used, the liquid can be dispersed and pooled in the pool portion 12 at the bottom of the gas flow path 13 inside the microchip 10. Besides, the liquid pooled in the pool portion 12 remains in the pool portion by a surface tension even if gas is made to flow in the gas flow path 13 or the gas flow path is evacuated for evaporation. This enables highly efficient evaporation inside the microchip 10. 摘要： A brick body for a rotary nozzle formed in a generally oval shape in plan view capable of holding the contact area of a nozzle part to improve the cause on shape of the remarkable deterioration of durability. The brick body for the rotary nozzle is characterized in that the outline thereof in plan view is formed of a first arc part (G), a second arc part (H), a third arc part (K), and a tangential line connecting the first arc part to the third arc part, and the generally oval shape with a long tangential line is changed to a generally elliptic shape by additionally providing arcs and shortening the tangential line. Since the straight line parts of the outline of the brick body in plan view are shortened and formed in arcs to form the brick body in a generally elliptic inflated shape, the contact area can be held even if a sliding plate brick is rotated to fully open and the possibility of leaking of molten steel can be eliminated.

摘要： Sludge concentrating device comprises: (1) sludge tank storing sludge; (2) filtering means; (3) filter cloth washing means; (4) filtrate chamber; (5) sludge distributing tank; and (6) concentrated sludge discharge tank serving as means for discharging concentrated sludge from the sludge tank and disposed in a position substantially opposed to the sludge introducing means with the filter cloth interposed there between. Sludge concentration device comprises: (1) a sludge tank storing sludge; (2) a filtering means having an endless belt filter cloth revolving around upper and lower rollers with at least the lowermost roller immersed in the sludge; (3) a filter cloth washing means; (4) a filtrate chamber having a filtrate inlet close to the filter cloth and a weir; (5) a sludge distributing tank serving as a means for introducing sludge into the sludge tank and disposed in the vicinity of the upper end of the filtrate inlet; and (6) a concentrated sludge discharge tank serving as means for discharging concentrated sludge from the sludge tank and disposed in a position substantially opposed to the sludge introducing means with the filter cloth interposed there between. The device further comprises: (1) a flocculant adding means for adding a flocculant to the sludge feed to the sludge tank; (2) an acid adding means for adding an acid; and (3) a rectifier serving as a uniform sludge feeding means for feeding sludge into the sludge tank uniformly widthwise of the filter cloth. Thus, the sludge produced in a sewage disposal plant can be concentrated in large quantities and efficiently without depending on its properties.
