摘要： A multi-purpose metallic furniture assembly principally consists of a pair of corresponding main frames 1, 1' made of metallic tubes with one edge of each of the main frames being contoured into an arc shape and another edge being formed into a shape with a recessed contour. The inner side of each of the main frames 1, 1' is equipped with a plurality of positioning slots of different sizes. A back rest board 2, a seating board 3, an auxiliary seating board 6, a study board 7, a step board 8, a sleeping board 9, a set of protective boards 10 and handle bars 4, 5 are inserted into the corresponding positioning slots, depending on the application of the piece of multi-purpose furniture. In addition, a set of arc-shaped rocking bars 20, 20' may be mounted on the arc-shaped edges of the two main frames. Accordingly, the multi-purpose furniture assembly can be used as a dining chair, a study chair, a rocking chair and a rocking crib, by changing the configurations of the different components.
