摘要： The invention relates to a method for cleaning the flues or similar of combustion systems, especially for cleaning the heat exchangers and membrane walls located in the flues of furnaces of power plants during operation of the furnace. Methods known in prior art are suitable only to a limited extent for cleaning during operation of a furnace because the hot internal fittings placed in the furnace are distorted and the heat exchangers tend to lose their sealing capacity. According to the novel method, fine-grain, solid material which is blown against the surfaces that are to be cleaned with the aid of compressed air is used as a cleaning medium.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a heat exchanger partition (1) between a heating space and a heat exchanging medium, particularly for installing in the heating chambers of refuse incineration plants. The heat exchanger partition is comprised of a supporting element (2) made of basic steel that, on its surface facing the heating space, is provided with an armor plating consisting of corrosion-resistant special steel. The invention also relates to a heat exchanger partition (1) that is armor-plated according to the aforementioned method. In order to provide a more cost-effective method and to reduce the introduction of heat, the invention provides that: a strip-shaped material (3) serves as the armor-plating; the strip material (3) is continuously applied in strips to the supporting element (2), and; during the application process, the strip material (3) is welded via its contact surface (4) onto the supporting element (2).

The aim is to maintain the calculated and planned thermic values as accurately as possible. 摘要： The invention relates to a soot blower for cleaning boilers which are in operation, especially for cleaning heat transfer devices arranged in the boilers using a gaseous and/or liquid cleaning medium, such as vapor jets and/or water jets. The soot blower comprises a blow tube (1) which can be displaced in the axial direction and which comprises lateral outlet nozzles at the working end thereof. In order to create a simple and safe line feed to the blow tube (1), the feed line can be composed of at least two substantially straight, rigid line pipe pieces (8, 9, 10, 11), which are joined to each other by a line revolute joint (12, 13, 14) in each case. The line pipe piece (11) which forms the line end is joined to the inlet end (7) of the blow tube (1) by a line revolute joint (18), while the line pipe piece (8) which forms the line start is joined to the connecting piece (17) of the stationary line system of the cleaning medium by a line revolute joint (16). The rotational axes of all line revolute joints are arranged parallel to each other and substantially vertically.
