摘要： A technique is provided for producing a slurry of solid particulates and hydrocarbon production fluid for transport via a subsea flow line. The technique utilizes a cold flow system that cools production fluid to a temperature below the temperature at which hydrates and other substances precipitate from the production fluid and form solid particulates. An instrumentation and control system is used to receive and process data from sensors in the system. The instrumentation and control system then provides control signals to one or more components of the cold flow system to produce a slurry having solid particulates with desirable characteristics. In addition, a cooling gas may be used to facilitate sub-cooling of the production fluid. The cooling gas is compressed and cools the production fluid as the gas expands via Joule-Thompson expansion. Furthermore, a discharge pressure controller may be used to control flow through the cold flow system.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for the production of a paraffin inhibitor formulation, comprising the following steps: (a) producing a mixture containing (i) a wax-like paraffin inhibitor component having a melting point of > 0ºC, (ii) an emulsifier component, and (iii) optionally water at a temperature in a first temperature range, wherein the first temperature range is higher than the melting point of the component (i), and wherein the optionally present water produces an w/o emulsion and has a weight proportion that is lower than the sum of the weight proportions of the components (i) and (ii); (b) adding water to the mixture, wherein after the water has been completely added an o/w emulsion is present; (c) cooling the o/w emulsion from step (b) to a temperature in a second temperature range, which is lower than the melting point of the component (i); and (d) optionally adding an organic solvent component (iv), which can be mixed at least partly with water and in which the paraffin inhibitor component is not soluble. The present invention further relates to formulations that can be obtained from a production method, and to the use and application for paraffin inhibitors/solidification point reduction of crude oil or crude oil raffinates.

A tightening force exerted by the bolt 11 and a force exerted by the lower end portion of the positioning pin 12 to press the protruding portion 18 of the non-screwhole 16 upward are balanced with each other so that an evenly fastened state is achieved so that the passage blocks 3 and 4 are coupled with each other.
